The hotel needs a really good clean as there is thick dust, and parking is a problem. From the time we arrived until we left days later, the rooms were cold, and the ensuite shower room smelt of damp.

The newly taken over business a year ago made for a comfortable stay with all the extras included. The amazing breakfast and proper coffee machine in the room, along with bottles of water, were hugely accommodating. I loved every minute of my stay.

The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area of town in Highlea. It's spotless, and the hosts, Scott and Judith, were fantastic. The reminder of the time change under the door was a nice touch, but I only met one staff member who accommodated our needs for an early breakfast.

The food was delicious and perfectly cooked, but the dining started a little too late for my family. Our girls like to eat earlier, so they were super hungry by the time it was served.

I had a wonderful stay at the guest house, with lovely and clean rooms that featured the most amazing and comfiest beds. The service was excellent, with super friendly and welcoming staff who made me feel right at home. The location was ideal for exploring the seafront, shops, and local attractions in Weston-super-Mare. The dining experience was first-rate, and the facilities were great.
